HoloflowOne connected building record
From the building record to a report in your own format.

Scanning and surveys.

What do surveyors need to scan a building?

A supported iPhone or iPad with LiDAR and the NET InHouse companion app. Surveyors walk the stairwells and corridors; the scan uploads from site and appears in Holoflow as a 3D model with photos pinned where they were taken.

How long does a survey take?

The published Digitalnauts case study describes a four-storey block surveyed and planned in 35 minutes: about 15 minutes to scan and 20 to plan. Larger or more complex buildings take longer.

What if the connection on site is poor?

Uploads are built to recover from interrupted connections and show clear progress, so large scans don't silently fail.

Planning and building.

Where do we plan the cabling?

In the browser-based 3D editor. Route risers and floor cabling and place equipment from your catalogue on the scanned building.

Can people outside our organisation review a plan?

Yes. Share a review link with someone who doesn't have an account so they can inspect the 3D model and give feedback.

How do we track progress flat by flat?

Each floor and unit has a status. Teams update statuses and add photos as they work, and every building has an activity feed.

Can we bring our existing job list?

Yes. Import jobs from a spreadsheet template, with address checking and a warning before duplicates are created. You can also define your own fields and use them in lists, exports and reports.

Reports and handover.

Can reports use our own format?

Yes. Upload a Word template with placeholders. Holoflow fills it in for each job, including flat details, photos, the 3D plan and the customer's signature, and renders a PDF.

Security and access.

Where is our data stored?

In Microsoft Azure, in separate UK and EU regions. Your organisation's job records, files and scans are stored in the region it was created in. See security and data.

Can contractors have limited access?

Yes. Access is role-based, so contractors and reviewers see what they need and nothing more.

Is Holoflow penetration tested?

Yes, independently. Customers can ask for details.

Getting started.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your programme. Book a demo and we'll talk it through.

How do we start?

Book a demo. We'll walk through a real building with you, then set up your organisation and import your job list.
