Regional hosting
Holoflow runs in separate UK and EU regions on Microsoft Azure. Your organisation's job records, files and scans are stored in the region it was created in.
Separate organisations
Each customer organisation has its own space, users and settings.
Role-based access
Admins decide what each person can see and do, including external contractors and reviewers.
Modern sign-in
Accounts use Microsoft Entra identity, with email verification and self-service password reset.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Traffic is served over HTTPS, and data is stored in encrypted Azure services.
Security review
Holoflow is independently penetration tested. Details are available to customers on request.
