Who we are
This website and the Holoflow platform are operated by HoloPlan App Ltd (company number SC849289), registered in Scotland at 19 Carlibar Avenue, Glasgow G13 4AR. Holoflow is our product name and trademark.
What we collect
When you book a demo or bring a building, we collect your name, work email, company, your team, your market and any notes you add. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.
Why we use it
To contact you about the demo you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Enquiries
Your enquiry is stored securely in Microsoft Azure in the United Kingdom and emailed to the Holoflow team so we can reply. We don't share it with anyone else. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from abuse; it processes signals from your device and browser to do so. To limit repeated submissions, we also keep a scrambled, one-way version of your network address and email address for up to two days. We never store your network address itself. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing hello@holoflow.app.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless you become a customer.
We keep a record of your enquiry and our follow-up in our own customer relationship system, hosted in the UK, so that we can respond to you and, where you have asked about Holoflow for your organisation, tell you about it. Where we email you about Holoflow, those emails come from a named member of our team and each one carries an unsubscribe link, and we count when a link in such an email is clicked so that we know what was useful. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@holoflow.app, and we will stop straight away. We keep these records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@holoflow.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

Customer data in the Holoflow platform is covered by each customer's contract, not by this notice.
